- Can apply while completing Master’s if finishing within 6 months.
- Strong academic performance and research experience.
- English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience in writing and presenting scientific results.

Preferred:
- Recent Master’s/MD within 3 years.
- Directly relevant research experience.
- Practical experimental or computational skills.
