About the International Court of Justice

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is the principal judicial organ of the United Nations.

Located in The Hague, Netherlands, the Court settles legal disputes between States and provides advisory opinions on legal questions submitted by authorized UN bodies.

About the Position

The Court is currently preparing to launch an Integrated Case Management System (CMS) that will modernize how judicial cases are managed.

The Programme Management Officer will lead the business analysis and requirements gathering phase before procurement begins.

Working closely with legal experts, ICT specialists and Court officials, the successful applicant will help design the operational requirements for one of the Court’s most important digital modernization projects.


Key Responsibilities
